Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from CodeTheFuture.ai. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for our products and services.

AI Coding OS Starter Kit ($7 one-time purchase)

Due to the immediate digital delivery of the AI Coding OS Starter Kit upon purchase (download links and access are sent instantly), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on the $7 starter kit after delivery.

If you have not received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@codethefuture.ai and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exception: If a technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us and we will process it immediately.

CodeTheFuture Pro (Monthly Subscription — $39/month)

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain full access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a paid month.

If you are charged after cancelling due to a billing error on our part, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle.

CodeTheFuture Pro (Annual Subscription — $390/year)

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid year.

To request an annual refund within the 30-day window, contact us at support@codethefuture.ai with your purchase receipt.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@codethefuture.ai with:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase;
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt email);
  • A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.

Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can often resolve issues faster through direct contact. Accounts subject to a chargeback may have their access suspended pending resolution.
