Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CodeTheFuture.ai (the "Site"), the AI Coding OS Starter Kit, and CodeTheFuture Pro (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Linecker Amorim ("we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or accessing any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Services

We provide digital products and subscription services aimed at helping software developers integrate AI into their professional workflows. Products include, but are not limited to, the AI Coding OS Starter Kit ($7 one-time purchase) and CodeTheFuture Pro (monthly or annual subscription).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Subscriptions (CodeTheFuture Pro) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Digital Products and Delivery

Upon successful payment for the AI Coding OS Starter Kit, you will receive an email with download instructions and access credentials. Digital products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or replace digital product content at any time to reflect changes in AI tools, models, and best practices.

6. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for your individual professional use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any materials;
  • Share access credentials or download links with others;
  • Use the materials to create competing products or services;
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

All content, materials, brand assets, and software associated with the Services remain the exclusive property of Linecker Amorim.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CodeTheFuture Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to all subscription content until the end of that period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time after cancellation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;
  • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Services;
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Site without permission;
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific professional results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linecker Amorim and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
